The open plan great room boasts soaring cathedral ceilings with large windows to take in the views, while curled in front of the fireplace. There’s plenty of comfy seating to relax with friends and family, a stunning fully-fitted kitchen with high-end stainless appliances and a dining table with extra seating at the bar counter for sharing home-cooked meals. If remote working is on the agenda, you’ll find a workspace (with a view!).
The great room opens up to an expansive outdoor deck for the best outdoor entertainment and apres-ski in Big Sky. Grill up sizzling steaks on the BBQ, sip sundowners, stargaze from your private hot tub and enjoy some of Big Sky’s best views all from the privacy of home. You won’t want to leave!
This Moonlight Mountain rental sleeps 10 guest in three en-suite bedrooms with all the creature comforts needed for a good night’s rest in Big Sky. The spacious master suite is on the main level and features a king size bed, flat screen TV, gas fireplace, a large en-suite bathroom and direct access to the deck. There’s an additional king and double queen room on the lower level and a spacious sleeping area in the loft with a private bathroom.
Moonlight Mountain rentals are perched on the sunny slopes in Cowboy Heaven with direct ski access to the Moonlight and Madison Base areas. This spectacular Moonlight Mountain home is secluded yet only a ten-minute drive to Big Sky’s hub Mountain Village and a 45 mile scenic drive to the geological wonders of West Yellowstone.

Ski Access is king at the Moonlight Mountain Homes, with direct ski-in/ski-out access to Moonlight Basin and Big Sky Resort. Access lift start date varies, but typically early to mid-December. Access lifts may close before Big Sky Resort's closing day depending on snow conditions. No access until lifts open and after lifts close. Direct access to the Madison Base Area Ski School makes morning lessons a breeze.
Ski Out:
Step out the front door and walk left 30 feet to ski Natawista . Take the bridge on the left onto Smithy. Ski down and veer right at the fork continuing on Natawista which will take you right to the Madison Base.
Ski In:
From the top of Iron Horse lift or Six Shooter lift, ski down Powder River Run. You will go through the concrete tunnel and past the first skier bridge on your right. Take a hard right turn on Natawista which is the first right after the bridge. Turn left onto the next skier bridge and take an immediate right to stay on Natawista. Ski to your front door when you see your home to the right.

The home was just perfect!! Great location to get to the ski lift. Loved that the house was at the end of the road so there was never any traffic going by the house. Decorated lovely, well stocked kitchen. Tons of space for 6 people.

The website to view the properties and book our stay was very user friendly. Email communications throughout the process were very helpful. The house was even nicer than represented in the pictures. Very clean and well stocked kitchen/ linens/towels. We loved the deck and hot tube with great views. We'd stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this absolutely beautiful home, which was truly a ski in-ski out property. The mountain vistas were breathtaking, the home was spacious and well-appointed, and the rooms were comfortable and luxurious. The hot tub was easy to operate and the heated padding was a nice touch! This will be the first property I look at for my next trip to Big Sky. I will definitely be back!
